Land Location
The location is distinguished with being near the transportation roads and ways as it lies near the International Coast Way and just 25 km away from Marsa Matrouh International Airport. Regular rides by tourist buses and trains to the location are available.

The site of the project is centrally located among a lot of new settlements in northwest in north coast of Egypt, as well as its accessibility to some major suburban roads such as north coast road. It is located in the northeast of Marsa Matrouh , about 25 km from Marsa Matrouh and 1 km from Aguiba with an area of 140 feddan, and could be considered as a natural extension to New Matrouh in the northwest direction. The site is also linked and accessible to the communities of Marsa Matrouh.

• Alexandria – saloom desert road borders the project from the south and the Mediterranean Sea from north.



• Transpierces the site diagonally linking to north coast road in the northeast direction. This road will be demolished and relocated to border the site from the west. A green buffer zone will be established where there is a group of high voltage electric mains located to the north of the site. The third ring road (Robeiky Road) is located in the far east of the site.



• The site is also linked and accessible to the communities of Marsa Matrouh.

locational relationships
These locational relationships differentiate parts of the site. The western part is the nearest area to the airport and Marsa Matrouh city. The eastern part is the nearest to Siwa, and Egyptian border with Lebia . The northern part is the Mediterranean Sea and the southern is north coast road.
